Liquid Urethane Foam with a 4lb density is a two-component, Isocyanate/Polyol based, pour-in-place, urethane foam system available in three separate density formulations by weight per cubic foot. Our 4 Lb. Foam meets USCG Title 33, Chapter 1, Part 183. Perfect Boat Foam for Structural Applications! Polyurethane Mix / Pour Foam. COAST GUARD CERTIFIABLE AS FLOTATION FOAM. Resistant To Water Penetration (Can Be Used For Flotation And Insulation). A 2 gallon kit of 4lb Foam will expand to 4 cubic Feet. Common Applications: 4 LB density foam is suited well for most floation applications that require more support than the 2 LB offers. This foam is recommended to be used when supporting gas tanks and some deck areas. Choose this density if you feel that the foam will be required to withstand minor to moderate loads. This poly urethane foam is used for a variety of applications, including:

Directions for General Small Quantity Use:
Step 1: Mix equal parts Base and Activator (1:1 by volume) or mix by weight (approx. 112 parts A-Side: Base to approx. 100 parts of B-Side: Activator).
Step 2: Mixing and metering equipment must accommodate the 1:1 by volume mix ratio.
Step 3: Mix thoroughly using a stir stick or a mechanical mixer.
Step 4: Pour immediately after mixing.
Step 5: Allow cooling between pouring.
Directions may vary by application.
Maximum service temperature of 180°F.
This 4 Lb. Foam meets Standard USCG Title 33, Chapter 1, Part 183.
